Yorkshire is not short of famous faces when it comes to great tasting, quality food cooked with locally sourced ingredients. The following are a few of Yorkshires great chefs who have marked their influence on menus with Yorkshires produce:

John Benson-Smith - A born Yorkshire lad worked at Hazelwood Castle for 5 years and is a former judge on BBC TV's Masterchef.

James Martin - Opened his first hotel and Bistro at the age of 22 and now hosts his own Saturday morning Cookery show.

Brian Turner - A highly regarded Yorkshire-born chef; is now a regular on the BBC's hit television series 'Ready Steady Cook'.

Marco Pierre White - At the age of 33, Leeds-born Marco became the only British chef to win three Michelin stars, he now owns various hotels in London.
