Bupa Great Yorkshire Run 10k

The Bupa Great Yorkshire Run in Sheffield on September 5th 2010 is part of the national Bupa Great Run series, originally devised by commentator and Olympic 10,000m medallist Brendan Foster. Getting bigger and better each time the event, now in its fourth year, attracts thousands of entrants from top athletes to fun runners, including its fair share of celebrities.  Starting and finishing in Sheffield city centre, The Bupa Great Yorkshire Run is one of the biggest events in the athletics calendar. And you can be a part of it.

Hull 10k Run

Jane Tomlinson's Hull 10k 23rd May 2010, capacity 5,000 entries will close on the 7th May or earlier if the run fills. The first Jane Tomlinson Hull 10K , following the success of the Leeds and York runs, will start and finish in the picturesque Queen's Gardens area and pass through the city's Highlights both old and new. It will take in Hull's historic gems such as the Guildhall and the Maritime Museum and bring runners along the waterfront, past The Deep and through Hull Marina, all with the iconic Humber Bridge in the distance.

Leeds 10k Run

Jane Tomlinson's Leeds 10k 4th July 2010, capacity 11,000 entries will close on the 18th June or earlier if the run fills. 2010 will be the fourth running of the race that has already raised over £1.5 million for Charity. The Leeds run takes in the City Centre highlights of the Headrow, Briggate, Corn Exchange and City Square and is the biggest mass participation run in the county.

York 10k Run

Jane Tomlinson's York 10k 1st August 2010 anticipated capacity 8,000 and entries will close on the 17th July or earlier if the race fills. This is the second running of the event which will filled within 4 weeks of the launch last year. The run takes in many of the Cities historic site including the Shambles and Minster. An extremely popular run is on a flat course, which for a long distance goes along the banks of the Ouse.
