Both offer visitors the chance to learn about the history of Leeds and to further explore the city.
Gary Verity, Chief Executive of Welcome to Yorkshire, said: "This is a fantastic chance for the people of Leeds to soak up the sights and history of their hometown from our bus or cruise or both.
"Both the tours have been incredibly successful and now to celebrate, we want to give something back to the community and let residents enjoy the tours for free."
Since the boat and bus trips were launched at the end of May, more than 4,000 visitors have tried them out.
The distinctive open top double-decker bus offers a 'hop on, hop off' sightseeing service.
The five-mile route includes Millennium Square, the Corn Exchange and the Victoria Quarter.
