
Cooper Gallery, Barnsley
The Cooper Gallery is set in an historic building in the centre of Barnsley. It has a fine collection of mainly seventeenth to twentieth century art owned by the Trustees of the Cooper Gallery. The collection is exhibited thematically, changing three time a year. This is complemented by a programme of contemporary exhibitions, featuring work by international, national and local artists.



Graves Gallery, Sheffield
The Graves Gallery is the home of Sheffield's visual art collection and has a number of Turner paintings on permanent display.




Harewood House
An exquisite house steeped in Royal memorabilia and constantly changing exhibitions, and where Turner's association with Yorkshire first began.







The Hepworth Wakefield
Yorkshire's major new art gallery opened 21 May 2011. Designed by acclaimed British architect, David Chipperfield and located on the waterfront in Wakefield, The Hepworth Wakefield unveiled a previously unseen collection of sculptures by Barbara Hepworth who was born and raised in Wakefield.
The new building provides a fitting home for the outstanding collection of art previously on display at Wakefield Art Gallery alongside a changing programme of contemporary and historical exhibitions.
