The pools are a balance between the fun programme aimed at day-trippers and tourists and the needs of the more serious swimmer. The waves and slides and extensive water features in the fun pool undoubtedly cater for the great demand of school holidays and at weekends but the needs of the serious swimmer, club, schools, lessons and special groups also met through the 25m training pool and shallow teaching pool.The Caribbean Club and fitness suite both of which share magnificent panoramic views over Bridlington Bay. The fitness suite boasts the largest in cardiovascular equipment, some complete with personal media centre, and the latest resistance equipment. After your work out why not relax in the Caribbean Club complete with sauna, steam room and relaxation room.The APRES swim and spectator experience is very much an integral part of the total leisure experience and this is reflected in the East Riding provision of catering and viewing facilities.
