2.1 Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data. 2.2 Information such as credit card information provided in connection with the purchase of a Deal is maintained with appropriate privacy and security protections. No sensitive information (including credit card details) is held on the Website.

A family favourite, and easily the best place in England to see, hear and smell seabirds! More than 200,000 birds (from April to August) make the cliffs seem alive – with adults bringing food to their nests, or young chicks making their first faltering flights. Specially-created cliff top viewpoints are wheelchair accessible with care. You can watch our 200,000 seabirds LIVE on CCTV through the breeding season from March to October. Meet our information assistants and hear about the live action, watch it for yourself on our two TV screens and enjoy the close-up images of our nesting gannets.The reserve is open at all times. From March to October, the visitor centre is open daily from 9.30 am to 5 pm, and from November to February, 9.30 am to 4 pm. Entry is free of charge to members all year. Between March and October, there's a charge for non-members of £5.00 per car, minibus £8 and coach £10. It's free for everyone between November and February.Viewing pointsThe five cliff-top viewpoints and a bird feeding station are:Grandstand: 200 m from visitor centre and car park, accessible by wheelchairs and pushchairs with care.Bartlett Nab: 400 m from visitor centre and car park, accessible by wheelchairs and pushchairs with care.Jubilee Corner: 900 m from visitor centre and car park, not easily accessible by wheelchairs or pushchairsNew Roll-up: 500 m from visitor centre and car park, not easily accessible by wheelchairs or pushchairs.Staple Newk: 900m from visitor centre and car park, not easily accessible by wheelchairs or pushchairs. A new accessibility ramp has been installed at the rear of the visitor centre to give easy access to the two new paths that take you to the cliff-top and our five viewing areas. Both Jubilee Corner and New Roll-up viewpoints have been re-furbished and now give improved viewing opportunities, non-slip decking, improved fencing structure and easier accessibility for wheelchairs and pushchairs.The bird feeding station is easily reached and is 50 m from visitor centre and car park.TIMES AND PRICESThe reserve is open at all times.
