1 Your Account

If someone accesses our Website or Services using a User ID that we have issued to you, we will assume that access has been made by you. 2 Security and Privacy

2.1 Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data. Our comfortable and spacious single storey barn conversion has luxury accommodation for 8 people. With under-floor heating and original beams throughout, the expansive open plan sitting room and dining room has a log burner, 2 televisions, DVD and CD player, Wi-fi connection. There is a conservatory opening into a private courtyard. The well equipped living kitchen has an Aga and electric cooker, microwave etc. There is also a separate utility with washer and dryer. 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suites, 1 twin) bathroom with whirlpool bath. Linen included. There is a fenced garden with furniture. Ample parking is available for guests..

Siturated in 30 acres of our own grass and woodland with stream, it has stunning views towards the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors. Diamond Hill is 5 miles from the A1, 6 miles from the market towns of Bedale, Leyburn, Richmond and Masham, all with local produce shops, cafes and high class restaurants.. The property is 10 miles from the East Coast mainline and an hour's drive from York, Harrogate and Whitby.

Within easy reach are many local attractions such as Middleham castle, Black Sheep Brewery, Forbidden Corner, Cinema in Richmond, Ariel Extreme, Newby Hall, Aysgarth Falls, Catterick and Ripon racecourses and Wensleydale railway. Fishing and golf are nearby. Beauty treatments and home cooked meals can be brought to the door.

EAST LODGE ACCESS STATEMENT Introduction: Self catering holiday accommodation: Single storey (with some single steps). Spacious living accommodation - Sitting room/dining room, kitchen, utility, cloakroom, 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite shower wet rooms) and bathroom. Public Areas: There is a single step up to the entrance door. The hall, utility and cloakroom with W.C. are on this level. There is 1 step down to the kitchen. There is level access to the conservatory which is on the same level as the kitchen. 1 step down to the sitting room, dining room, cloister, 2 double bedrooms (1 is with en-suite wet room) and bathroom. Public Areas: Access to the patio and garden down 2 steps. There is level access outside. Self-catering kitchen: (7mx5m) with island unit. Bedrooms: Room 1: Carpet, 6' bed, fire exit window, ensuite shower wet room Room 2: Carpet, 5' bed ensuite shower wet room Room 3: Carpet, 5' bed. Room 4: Carpet, twin 3' beds Bathroom: Tiled floor, whirlpool bath, a separate shower, basin and W.C en-suite. Grounds and garden: Level access to all Courtyard, flagged. Patio which is flagged There are garden beds and a large area with a lawn Fenced and secure. Access is through a double gate. Additional information: Access is given to the surrounding field, woodland and stream through otherwise secure garden gate.
