Yorkshire now boasts the largest number of Michelin Starred restaurants than any other county in the UK. To celebrate this we are offering a selection of Yorkshire's very own Michelin Star Experiences.

The Burlington Restaurant, the most highly regarded restaurant in Yorkshire, boasting a Michelin star, 4 AA Rosettes, and exemplary service. The internationally renowned wine list holds three top wine awards including AA wine list of the year. Located at the Devonshire Arms Country House Hotel on the Duke of Devonshire's 30,000 acre Bolton Abbey Estate, even the drive to get to the restaurant is breathtaking.


The Box Tree, Ilkley - has retained its Michelin Star for the 6th year running. The modern French classical menu and extensive wine cellar offer food lovers an unforgettable experience.

The Old Vicarage, Sheffield - Michelin Star Chef, Tessa Bramley's cooking is grounded in nature and evocative of the seasons. She is a country cook whose work revolves around her garden.

Yorke Arms, Nr Harrogate - Michelin Star Chef, Frances Atkins' cooking is based on simple ideas and well-tried combinations, but still contrives to introduce new twists and original touches. Recently listed in the Top 50 restaurants in The Good Food Guide 2010.

The Pipe and Glass, South Dalton - New to 2010! Winner of the 'Taste of England' Award at the 2009 Enjoy England Awards for Excellence. Other awards include being voted one of the top 40 restaurants outside of London. 'Caterer and Hotelkeeper' said of the restaurant "If East Yorkshire was once a culinary desert, The Pipe & Glass is very definitely its new foodies oasis."

The Black Swan at Oldstead was recently announced as the only new Michelin Star restaurant in the North of England for 2012. The once humble Black Swan, which is also the only pub in Yorkshire with 3 AA Rosettes, has that rare ability to be relaxed and friendly whilst serving seriously good food.
