1 Your Account

Individuals and entities whose privilege to access the Website or use the Services has previously been terminated by Yorkshire.com may not register for an account, nor may you designate any such individuals to use your account on your behalf.

If someone accesses our Website or Services using a User ID that we have issued to you, we will assume that access has been made by you.
