Leeds Attractions
As is befitting of such a cosmopolitan city, you won't be short of Leeds attractions and things to do that will keep you entertained during your stay, whether it be experiencing the Leeds Nightlife and hitting the best bars, or hitting the Leeds shopping district, there is definitely something for everyone.
If you fancy catching some first class sporting action, Leeds has Rugby League, Rugby Union and Cricket teams all playing on its doorstep at Headingley Stadium which is just a couple of miles out of the city centre. If football is more your thing, Leeds United play a short distance from the city centre at Elland Road which holds over 39,000 fans and is one of the venues nominated for England's 2018 World Cup bid.

Experience spectacular live demonstrations, lavish re-enactments, films, unique handling collections, jousting tournaments and thousands of exhibits. The Royal Armouries will fascinate visitors of all ages and interests, whatever the weather. And if you're really taken by the by becoming a Knight of the Realm, you can even enrol in Knight School!

Leeds loves shopping and if you spend any time here, you'll become a seasoned pro! Shopping in Leeds is an attraction all in itself that can stretch on and on with the range of shops available. All inside the city centre you can find the regal Victoria Quarter that houses some of the most famous designer boutiques as well as the marquee department store, Harvey Nichols. If you are looking for something a little more unique, there are plenty of independent shops clustered within the many arcades throughout Leeds.
