Oxfam Trailtrekker is set to return to Yorkshire in June 2010 for another year of non-stop team walking action.
Teams of four people attempt to cover the demanding 100km course within in the 30 hour time limit. Last year 166 teams took on the challenge raising an incredible £365,000 between them!
With the average time to complete the course being around 28 hours and only 70% of entrants in 2009 finishing, it’s not an event for the faint hearted. But for those who do take on the challenge it really is an incredible experience combining teamwork, endurance and mental strength.
