This is a spacious three bedroom Townhouse situated in Beverley. The house has been fully renovated in February 2021 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is 2 free parking spaces on site plus ample off street parking around the property (paid). The location of the house is tucked away in a quiet friendly residential area just a 2 minute walk from the Flemingate complex which has a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema etc.

The space

The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom with en suite, twin room, and 3rd bedroom with trundle bed, family bathroom and a down stairs toilet. There is a living room with sofa bed, dining room & fully equipped kitchen. The dining room opens out into the garden through French doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle & toaster. There is ample cupboard space and all cookware and crockery is provided.

For each booking there will be a small welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk.

The dining area offers an extendable table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people but 8 as a push.

The lounge area comprises of a corner sofa with a double sofa bed , coffee tables & 43″ smart TV access to BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Now TV, Apple TV Plus, Disney+ and other catchup services. Subscription needed.

The house also includes washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, mop and various cleaning resources.
