Off road parking for one car, please allow access to garage at all times. Small seating area with bench to the front. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The cottage is approached via a cobbled path and two steps into the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Care to be taken, due to the style of the property there are low ceilings.
