Enclosed rear terraced garden and patio to front with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 30 metres. Note: The power shower on the first floor is no longer in use, however there is another shower in the property. Note: Mobile phone reception is very limited. Note: Stair to upper floor is very steep and narrow. Note: Rear garden is terraced with some 2 metre drops so children will need to be supervised at all times.

Three bedrooms: 1 x second floor family room with 3 single beds (note accessed by space saver fixed ladder only) 1 x first floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor bunk bed (note second floor room can only be accessed via this room by ladder). First floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC (shower no longer functional). Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
