Property Description
Agar Street offers one double and one twin bedded room upstairs, both are tastefully furnished with ample space. The good sized family bathroom is located downstairs, this is complete with a white bathroom suite (WC, pedestal, bath and overhead shower) and heated towel rail. The fully equipped kitchen includes a bijou breakfast/dining area, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, plenty of cookware and is stocked on arrival with tea, coffee, milk & cake. The cosy and comfortable lounge boasts a cute coal effect electric fire, three piece suite, HD smart TV & free WIFI.
At the rear of the house is a private courtyard complete with table and chairs; a lovely spot to spend a balmy summer evening with a bottle of wine.
To make sure that our guests are fully catered for, all linen is provided including bedlinen and bath/hand towels. Little things that can easily be forgotten such as tea towels, washing up liquid, shower gel, hand soap, toilet rolls, kitchen towel etc. have all been taken care of. Sainsbury’s is less than a minute away by foot so there is no need to bring anything other than personal belongings.
Agar Street is ideal for couples, friends, families & business people. It is important to note that the stairs are very very steep and therefore unsuitable for very young children and the infirm.
