Note: there is a bar with a function room occasionally in use below this property, so some associated noise may be heard. Note: Lift access is available, however due to the age of the building, it can be unreliable at times. Note: There is 1 flight of stairs to access the property. Note: There is 3 steps up to the front door. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There is scaffolding currently in place as there are works ongoing on the roof – this is likely to be at least until the end of June, there are no works being carried out outside of the accommodation, and there should be no disturbance within earshot of the accommodation either
