Lovely little course, cheap as chips. The guys running it couldn't have been nicer, and didn't mind when we had to go back for more balls as we lost some 🤣 The only possible negative is that of other park users, people just walking their dogs across the course as you're playing, children appearing from the pub to play in the 'sand pit' etc.
Excellent facility. Well priced, lovely staff. Thank you friends of CHAP parks
It's just a really nice golf place with a really nice owner. There're too many of these local guides that sum it up better than I do...
Run by volunteers Friends of Chat. great place to pass on an hour or two and dosent break the bank. Just needs Wakefield council to smarten the flower beds up around Thrones park. yet another area they are neglecting.
This has been closed a long time and although still on the park signs. Don't waste your time.
