26.10.25 What a warm welcome we got when visiting today. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Got some amazing items at great prices. So pleased we popped in. Thankyou ladies. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I did like going in this charity shop,reasonable prices compared to others nearby but not do long ago myself,husband and sob went in for a nosy and my son found an item of clothing that was priced at £20,to me that is expensive but he wanted it and whilst trying on I noticed some marks/stains on the item. Not sure if they were going to come out in the wash as they wernt budging when I wiped them my son was unsure weather to purchase it even though he really liked the item.my husband went to the front desk with him and explained it had marks/stains on and asked if they would do it for £15 due to the marks/stains.the worker said no and it was probably priced to take into account the marks. So my son paid the £20 as he liked the item and hoped it would wash and he and my husband exited the shop whilst I was still looking at things.....another worker then proceeded to ask the woman who took the payment what my husband had asked for and she explained how he'd asked to reduce by £5 if possible, the other worker gapsed and said 'some people are soooo cheeky' and said how much the item was new etc....£20 is a lot of money to a child and he was unsure if the marks would come out and he'd just spent his money on a stained item if they didn't come out when washed,and it would have been a waste of his money. it wasn't unreasonable to ask,it was given to them for free in the first place,they said no and he paid the full price and that should have been the end of it.just know that if you visit this shop you may be spoken about when you leave,very unprofessional!!

They're really nice and chatty as a person whose anti social it's nice to have a chat with someone once in a while

We Go in each week. This week had a new puppy with us,checked no signs on the door saying no dogs,so in we go.pup in my arms as hes too young to be on the floor. Rude old woman told us to leave even though the other person didnt have an issue. Told her he couldn't be put down but she didnt want to listen. If you do not want dogs in the shop. PUT A SIGN UP AND DONT BE RUDE

My daughter choose from the Barnsley shop rang first thing in the morning as they said they would and rang 20minutes before arrival as promised so good that things have been done as promised which doesn't happen often well done Barnsley shop glad to do business with you highly recommended
