Tesco Pharmacy

Extremely unprofessional service. I called in advance and was told the medication was available. I travelled from another city, only to be told on arrival that it was not in stock. Blaming this on “line interference” and saying I probably misunderstood is absurd and irresponsible. Giving incorrect information about medications is unacceptable. I will not return to this pharmacy.

My prescription was sent electronically, however when I got the pharmacy my prescription wasn’t ready, this in itself wasn’t an issue. Two staff members and a pharmacist were on duty, no other customers where waiting and no other order baskets were waiting. I was asked to wait for 5 minutes, the assistant too my prescription off the shelf, put it in the order basket, which then sat on the counter for a further 30 minutes, while the pharmacist and one staff member had a chat. The one member of staff that hadn’t interacted with me before asked me what I was waiting for and then kept apologising, almost in a guilty way. I just feel that although you may be tied to a pharmacy that could still treat you with a little respect and provide a decent level of customer service.

Staff are very friendly and always go the extra mile to help with all customer needs.pharmacists are exceedingly competent and give the reassurance to customers of which is much needed when unable to see a doctor.always a great experience at batley tesco.

staff were really really helpful, really friendly, helped me with miscommunication from doctors, and tried to get me the best possible outcome :)

First time this has happened realisedIrealised had no blood pressure tablets left , rung the very efficient pharmacist , was sorted with emergency supply until my repeat is delivered on Tuesday Thank you so much This was Sunday morning
