Myself and my partner, Fin, went in to upgrade our phones and Waz was so helpful. He gave great customer service, helped us find the best bundles and showed us all the options available to us! Genuinely a great experience all based on this staff member and his customer service! Really happy, and we are going back to get my partners one once back in stock.

We travel all the way from London to see Waz at Tesco Mobile in Batley — that’s how amazing he is! His service is always fantastic, and he goes above and beyond every time. Useless, made a special trip to change to a pay as you go phone, looked up the phone on the website and it said they had it in stock. Got there and they didn't have it. £20 on taxi fare wasted, nice one guys. At least the chap in the store was nice enough.
