I bought pies for the second time today. Because the website suggested if I bought a box of standard pies and a box of connoiseurs ones I would pay (from memory) £57.50 instead of the normal £62.00, I did. I have been charged the full amount of £62.00 though. Its not a lot of money - more the principle. I tried to contact the helpline but did not get anywhere. I will be thiking carefully before ordering again! John Fearnley.

I would avoid dealing with this company. Ordered from their YorkshireHandmadePies website. The website clearly has issues with address detauils not making it through to ther courier (see trustpilot for numerous others who have had the same). No delivery and then no refund. The issue with their website is aparently the customers fault. Avoid!

Make Yorkshire Homemade pies - really tasty pies you can get delivered by courier. Here's a review I did from the Mixed Vegetable Pies ordered (before Christmas): Amazingly tasty Vegetarian pies quickly deliverered I have recently taken up Veganism / Vegetarianism and these pies were my little treat to end my diet. Of all the foods I had as an end of diet, this one hit the spot the most. 6 x Mixed Vegetarian Pies were the ones I picked. The 'Mature Cheddar, Smoked Applewood and white onion)' were exquisitely balanced and subtle - without too much onion or too much sugar - just subtle nuances and delicious flavours. The 'Roasted Squash, Spinach & Goat's Cheese', again, were well put together and didn't have overpowering Goat's Cheese or soggy Squash / Spinach, but rather subtle blends - incredibly delicious. The 'Curried Cauliflower (vegan)' were the best - my Old man had the whole thing! I only had some peas but the smell was amazing and what I had was really good (my Old man likes Curry!). Overall: delicious and very impressed. Wish they were slightly bigger, quicker to cook, and had microwave instructions. Other than that really pleased with the post-diet treat.
