2 staff working, both ignored me and focused on playing on their own phones. Tried to ask questions but was given very brief answers - was clear they could not care less.

Hi, went to TESCO PHONE SHOP today was greeted by the most amazing staff Sophia, Mary, Tamoe, these girls were the bees knees and tried everything they could for me....unfortunately for me l went to gormless in hull first .....l was searching for a smart watch....poor Tamoe went through everything for me.......only for me to realise gormless from hull had misinformed me.

Very good service. Exceptionally helpful and very considerate. Assistant went out of her way to accommodate my problem with my phone.

After several attempts to change some details the Web site was finally operating again. The actual change was accomplished easily.
