The lock had failed on my front door, being the main way to access my property. Luckily it was secured so not an emergency. I phone Roger and explained the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem on the phone and agreed to visit the next working day. Roger turned up on time and immediately got to work, keeping me informed of his progress. The job was done in under an hour and he even gave me some advice on maintenance. I also mentioned I had an issue with the kitchen window, which I had been putting off for some time. He had a look and said he could fix it there and then, proving a quote which was very reasonable. He replaced the handle of the window straight away. He was professional and efficient the whole time. He got straight on with the work and everything was wrapped up in an hour, leaving the areas of work clean and tidy. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the total cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend his service and won't hesitate to call Roger again if in need of a locksmith.

Roger provided excellent service. Can't recommend him highly enough. He responded quickly when I first contacted him about a broken barrel lock on a patio door. He came out promptly to fix that during freezing weather and dealt patiently when encountering an unexpected problem with removing the lock. We asked Roger to come back and upgrade the handles and locks on our two other external doors because we were so confident based on his first repair. He did that and fixed gratis long-standing door hinge maladjustments. A true professional locksmith. Don't be taken in by others who claim to be part of a national network but fail to respond to inquiries and appear to be unqualified.

Arrived within 20 mins to replace my front door lock which had fallen apart and locked me out. Friendly, efficient, and not expensive at all. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Roger is excellent - we had an old front door that had a lock that was very difficult to open. He has replaced the old lock and the door furniture with good quality hardware - the new handles look amazing - we were quite particular with how we wanted the handles to look and Roger really helped with that, recommending some and resourcing to meet our requirements.
