Got referred by NHS 111 because extremely bad bout of tonsillitis suspected bacterial after already suffering from flu. Couldn't drink, talk, had bad aches and pains and needed treatment. Pharmacist saw me and quickly identified the problem and prescribed antibiotics on same day. He recognised that to refer me back to the doctor and wait longer over the weekend would only prolong my suffering. He used his own initiative and medical authority to ensure I got the antibiotics I needed. Top marks friendly professional.

I called in on the way past as a cut on a finger had opened up, was bleeding and I needed to get some plasters. On seeing the blood, Ameera performed first aid, cleaning, applying steri-strips and re-bandaging the cut. Then she did the same on another cut which was bleeding under the plaster. I didn't know this kind of service was available in pharmacies. So professional in every aspect. Ameera then suggested a blood pressure test and when the results were high suggested a day of monitoring my levels. I was given a BP machine and instructions for its use. I returned the machine after using the next day and Anil talked me through and printed out the results, suggesting I contact my surgery. After speaking to my doctor, minor lifestyle changes were recommended. Thanks to all at Crossflatts pharmacy for their fantastic service.

The staff at the pharmacy are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. I have been in a few times to check somethings with the pharmacist when I had a new diagnosis and was unsure about meds. I've never been made to feel like it's a nuisance or inconvenience to speak to me, I have been made to feel this elsewhere. Thankyou

I wish I could give this Pharmacy more than five stars! They have gone over and beyond for me all the time and any problems I encounter the team is so quick to resolve these. A huge thank you to Aliya for always making sure I get my medication on time. She really does make my experience enjoyable!

The staff at Crossflats Pharmacy were really helpful with my questions when I visited, they were very polite and knowledgeable. The pharmacist made me feel at ease and that my medication query was a completely normal question (this has not been my experience at other pharmacies in the past).
