After an appalling service from a pharmacy close to where I live I moved to Harden and even though it now requires a short car journey it is absolutely worth the time/cost. The service is faultless, they located my prescription without delay whereas the other pharmacy messed me around for weeks leaving me without the medication, they even ordered another in advance of the refill to prevent delays ! The staff are so lovely everyone I’ve encountered have been so polite and friendly which is much appreciated in today’s climate …. I recently used their delivery service as I’m on crutches and we had snow/ice …the delivery driver was wonderful so warm , chatty and polite we had a brief but such a nice chat which for others who maybe isolated that could be the only interaction they have with someone all day …on behalf of service users many thanks to all the staff at Harden Pharmacy you certainly set the bar for outstanding service, the local community would be lost without you!
Excellent friendly staff and always have the medication I need. Good availability of parking and easy access make it ideal. Not my closest pharmacy but worth the extra few minutes of travel for a pleasant experience.
This pharmacy has been a god send. I have moved from the local one to me as this place actually care about the people they are serving. Can highly recommend
Best pharmacy in Bingley Rural. Unlike the bigger chain pharmacies, these guys are organised and well run. Staff are always friendly and extremely helpful.
