Recently had my ears syringed here. The pharmacist was reassuring has I hadn't had them done before. I can hear perfectly well now. The staff were helpful and polite.

The staff were particularly amazing. They were not only friendly and professional, but also very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. The entire team works together efficiently, which made my visit quick and easy.

I couldn't recommend Ramzy's Pharmacy Eldwick highly enough. They have always been professional yet personable and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. There are other pharmacy's closer to me but Ramzy's was recommended to me for what I needed and it has been well worth the extra bit of travelling.

Instead, the pharmacist on duty, yhey took one look at our anxious faces and said, "Don't you worry, we'll sort this for you." They made several calls on our behalf, coordinated with the surgery, and stayed open well beyond their official closing time to ensure we had the medication in hand. That wasn't just "good service"; that was genuine, human compassion that alleviated a huge amount of stress. This "going the extra mile" isn't an exception at Ramsey's; it's the rule. On another occasion, I saw a senior customer struggling to understand a new dosage; the pharmacist came out from behind the counter, sat with her, and drew a simple, clear chart for her to take home they also pack weekly and daily doses on request from the doctor In an age of faceless corporations and automated phone lines, Ramsey's Pharmacy is a beautiful anachronism. It is a place where expertise is matched by empathy, and where business is built on the foundation of community. They are a credit to Eldwick, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Just been for my appointment for a covid jab to be told when I drove there that they had ran out and non til next week. Not good enough when you book an appointment and work around your day off, they shouldn't take bookings, this is the reason why I stopped using Ramzys as a pharmacist as you nearly always ended up going twice as they never had all you prescriptions. I've given one star rating as I can't go down to zero
