Olive Lounge Travel Bingley

Louise was amazing when helping us choose our first cruising holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was so organised from the luggage labels to the boarding passes. Everything ran really smoothly from booking it to getting home. Olive Lounge go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and we have booked another two holidays with them. Cant wait for the next trip! Thank you Olive Lounge.

Fantastic service, from identifying a location for our family holiday to reserving our seats on the plane and printing out all of the documents. Answered any questions we had, no matter how trivial. Will be happy to use Olive Lounge Travel again, hopefully in the not too distant future.

We decided to book our holiday with Olive Lounge after meeting Darcey, Laura and Izzy at my workplace one day in Bingley. They were so friendly and assured they would take good care of us and they absolutely did! Right from the off, Laura made the process so smooth and easy. We sat and discussed what sort of hotel, board basis and price we were looking for and went through all our options. Paying the deposit was easy and there was no pressure on us to fund the holiday all at once- we had a deadline to meet but was able to pay it off at our own pace. We booked in February and since then the communication from the team has been great in terms of when we needed to send documents in by and when our check-in was open etc. Laura handled all the admin for us including our check in and printing boarding passes and other documents, even offering to drop them off at my workplace herself as I worked nearby! Any questions we had were promptly answered via email, phone or in person and nothing felt like a bother to ask! Once we arrived at our hotel in Florence we were greeted with a letter from Olive Lounge thanking us for booking with them and wishing us a lovely holiday, and when we arrived home we received a handwritten postcard too! We didn’t experience any issues thankfully, however I am confident that the team would’ve helped us brilliantly if we had! We honestly cannot thank Laura and the team enough for their help and will 100% be returning to book our next holiday with Olive Lounge! Thank you so much !
