Absolute shit service by the old chap on the counter. First of all his total bill was 157 I gave him 160 he never returned the change. Then he said bring the old part and I will give you some money. When I went back he refused to take the part back claiming it wasn't in the box and he said he gave the 3 quid. Then he said I'll check the cameras i said go ahead as I knew I was right and then he never even checked the cameras saying I will check the tills not making sense at all.
Prices are very good but the store front for customers is too small. 1 very small counter and you can’t have more than 4-5 people waiting inside. They should have another counter so that the service is quicker
Very helpful Staff, quick service & great prices. They had the part I wanted for my Mercedes. Quality Bosch part (rear wiper blade) £11.00 compared to just short of £30 at Mercedes. Thank you 😊
Very miserable and unhelpful staff dont fill like to order parts from this place plus short staff long queues be honest i don't wont to give zero star..🙈🙈😡
Don’t know the man’s name but, the reception man is by far one of the best customer service people I’ve ever faced, he gave me a discount and talked me through my part etc! Really happy I came here!
