AVOID THIS SHOP. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. Bought a laptop and the guy didn’t exactly explain the qualities of the technology so when I got home I wasn’t happy with it. I then found out after my purchase that I couldn’t get a cash refund and could only make an exchange which I then did costing me an extra £70. The laptop I have now still doesn’t work properly after paying £200. My advice is to avoid this place and to buy a technology either brand new or somewhere you can get a refund. The shop owner and employees are nice but it’s quite fraudulent to not make it clear that you can’t get a refund on preowned items. Hope this helps.

i bought 2 laptops 1 for me and for my daughter ...working perfectly for 3 years then had some issues due to virus effect i m afraid, the people helped me out and charged £20 which is quite reasonable for service as my warranty time was over. we all with our family are quite happy with their service

been working with them for 6 years never had any issue, infact once i bought a brand new stereo and took it back in a week without using it and had a full refund as it was unopened and unused. best people to work with.
