Terrible! AVOID AT ALL COST. Absolutely wasted my time!!!! I arranged for pick up of sofas. Explained they were power recliners so obviously they would be heavy so to use the back door for ease of access. On the day of collection they refused to take the sofas, saying something may get damaged and they are personally liable. They reassured me that they would come back for the sofas the same day if we rang and if the sofas were placed in the kitchen. They made no attempt to move the sofas or ask for alternative exits from the property. When i did call them back they didn't pick up, despite leaving a voice mesaage. When I rang BHF the person who picked the phone up was rude and patronising. This experience has caused me undue stress and has ensured I won't be going back to them again!!! Horrible Horrible experience!!
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They sold me a fridge and charged me £30 for delivery for a 3 minute drive and all members of staff gave me guarantee of the driver delivering to my flat despite being on 7th floor. They did not hesitate to re assure me that this is the drivers job and they will bring into my flat regardless of how many stairs and this is how staff justified the £30 delivery fee. Driver left his mate in van to enjoy his smoke break and made me carry it with him all while gaining a sense of satisfaction watching me struggle with the item due to my fibromyalgia.
Store was very clean and well stocked compared to the one in kirksgate, staff was super friendly and prices could have been cheaper honestly
Great shop but watch out for car park regulations! Not BHF, a private parking company - If you leave and return within an hour, like I did to go and shop around before coming back to buy something from BHF, you will get a £60 fine which you can't argue. Made my BHF purchase a lot less of a bargain!
What a lovely shop with lovely staff. Both Amanda and Jessica were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they both tried their best to find items we needed. This is a new store situated next door to the Food Warehouse in Manningham Lane Retail Park, Bradford and it’s probably the best charity shop I’ve ever been in. The furniture is set out to look like rooms and everything was excellent quality at affordable prices. Thank you for your assistance yesterday. We really appreciated what you did for us
