recommend anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Bradford, we have stayed here twice now in 2 different rooms both rooms perfect easy check in and out no issues at all and a bonus the restaurants close by are 100% 🤤 its now our go to stay when we are visiting the city

Absolutely awful. Stay clear unless you want your deposit stolen for no reason. Jacuzzi bath had limescale and a significant amount of hair coming out the jets when turned on. Bed blanket had burn holes in it. Towels all bleached and smelled horrible. Bed bug powder behind and on the bed and lighting didnt work as shown in the pictures. Still after 5 months haven't received our deposit back even after complaining and providing pictures of the state of the room so I'm assuming he kept the money out of spite. I never leave reviews but this place is unacceptable and disgusting! Stay clear and save yourself the hassle as there are much better places that offer the same facilities for the price.

Booked an apartment last minute and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. It was spot on! From being greeted at the front door to check out, it was great and would definitely return. The room was clean and tidy which is always what you want to see when booking an apartment and cant wait to return again. I wish I could remember the man's name who greeted me and dealt with my booking🤦🏽‍♀️ but a huge thank you for making it as comfortable and quick as possible😊Look forward to booking again!
