Excellent customer service and very thoughtful and compassionate.

I do not recommend this place. I had a nomination from my local authority for a housing association flat. I gave Bradford Cyrenians as a reference, as I had stayed there. They told the housing association that I hadn't co-operated with them during my stay. This was completely untrue. As a result of this, I was passed over for the flat. As I was homeless at the time this was doubly cruel. My keyworker rewrote the reference but by then it was too late as the flat had been given to someone else. The first reference had strangely 'disappeared' when I came to complain. I never even received an apology. So, like I say, avoid this place if you can.

If you get offered a place in cyrenians please say no it's the worst decision I ever made being homeless they leave me without electric and say I owe them money when my electric meter isn't working 0 stars absolute 💩

This place I believe is a vital hub in helping individuals who are experiencing homelessness. Aswell as helping those that suffer from mental health, substance misuse and alcohol problems. The staff are extremely helpful and this organisation has been established since early 1970s' and is a credit to all.

The best place you can hope for when life goes wrong. Comfortable, warm and safe with good food provided daily. Along with a team of very supportive staff. That's what they do, support, make the effort and they will do what they can to help. Much appreciated..
