Shirley is an excellent staff member who is very friendly and extremely helpful. She always goes above and beyond and is very attentive to detail. If I have any issues with the meeting rooms whilst training she always resolves them and is definitely a gem to the company. Shirley should get a raise! Thank you Shirley for being amazing ❤️

It’s 00:13 and the music is so loud, people are Noisy at first, , asked when the music would stop and they just said soon.😭😭We got a new room luckily and its so comfy and nice and warm❤️ The Tassimo coffee is great and so is the tea. We do have a little refrigerator which is a big plus. Service is perfect, for those with food and drink allergy’s and intolerances they have enough options. Lactose free semi skimmed milk and Soy milk. Some of the meats on the menu are halal. Shopping is straight across the street, it is called Broad way Bradford, and its really convenient❤️ Did you know that Smith Wigglesworth had his guests stay in this hotel! Yes yess…The Beatles, Laurel and Hardy, and the Rolling Stones - plus famed classical actor Sir Henry Irving, who passed away here in 1905 Forster, Square train station is handily located pretty much next door. Great Victorian Hotel There's luxe style at this grand railway hotel opened in 1867 just yards from Centenary Square. flanked by a modern sculptural homage to Delius. For supreme comfort, consider the loft-style bedrooms on the penthouse floor at this past winner of the Best Small Venue in Yorkshire award.

I am providing two star to service at this hotel due to incorrect information provided about parking. I have raised this as a concern to the hotel. I received a £170 fine after parking in the 'free car park.' I do not wish for anyone else to fall fowl of this. REGISTER ON ARRIVAL. I was advised by reception that this can be completed on leaving, according to the private car parking company Smart Parking it has to be completed on arrival. Even though this company has evidence that I stayed a the hotel and I registered my car. I was also told by the hotel it would be cancelled, this was not done. Overall, I would recommend people to stay at this hotel. It is fantastic hotel, it has been renovated to keep the original features. The room was clean and had no concerns. The staff when asked would provide what you asked for.

This hotel was built by the Midland Railway Company as a Northern Showcase during the height of the Victorian Railways. It's a beautiful building with hundreds of original features still in place. Yes it is showing signs of it's age but aren't we all? In my opinion this adds to the character. Such a refreshing change from the generic modern box hotels. Excellent position Friendly Staff. Free car park if staying Best of all it's Dog Friendly! I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if retuning to Bradford

One night in and so far so good. Easy check in and staff polite. Very grand, old, hotel which explains occasional rumble and things being moved in the bowels of the hotel. Like an airplane flying over, noticeable but not too annoying. The shower has been the most powerful of all the hotels I've stayed and lovely hot water, not limited as may other hotels do.
