Trigg Hall

I stayed in the facility for just 1 night . The location of Trigg hall is nice. However, the bed sheets were not properly cleaned, the tap head was leaking and this is why I am rating it 3 stars

After finding the following on night 1, day 2 we were about to make tea in the kitchen when we found a mouse! A happy little fat mouse living under the fridge! We immediately phoned and complained. We were offer another floor but we left the property after asking for a full refund, that had still not been received!! 1star is too much for this place!! Avoid!! Avoid!! The room was clean, basic but comfortable. The kitchen was clean. The cupboards and fridge were full of food, leaving little space for my bits. Looks like someone was living there. The car park only fits 4 cars with no on street parking available. A dead rat in the car park. The wifi didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. No safe. No toiletries. No hairdryer. Only 1 towel. Overall I wouldn’t stay again due to the lack of adequate facilities described when booking. Being alone without TV or wifi is quiet boring!

Arrived at 4pm for check in, got in room at 5.30pm, ordered 16 rooms with TVs only a few actually got one that worked.. rooms are fine bed was comfy..the only time in 4 nights we seen cleaners was check in waiting for rooms. The cleaners looked shattered. We were spread over 4 corridors that all had kitchens not one had a microwave and the facilities are far from the pictures shown and only used once to make a brew. I personaly wouldn't stay here again and neither would any of my colleagues. The price was ok and some great local takeaways but parking was an issue aa there is only room for 6 to 7 cars and already a lot of live in residents and a very popular mosque across rd that overflowed on to street parking

You get exactly what you pay for. Don't trust the room descriptions either. I had bed bugs crawling all over the headboard in first room. Couldn't get a refund so was moved floor. On the new corridor there was someone living there, someone smoking weed every night and a sex worker rented the room opposite mine for a night. If you can afford anything else, go for that instead.

Shady at best. travel arrangements to stay here were made by someone hosting my group, breakfast was supposed to be included, but as we had several rooms on different floors, it wasn't clear where we were supposed to get this breakfast. Another guest was arrived while I was meeting someone at the front entrance, he asked where the reception desk was and I said we just meet the host out front. His room had be canceled without his notice.
