Exceptional holiday with Croisi Europe arranged by Emma through Blue Water Holidays. Pick ups and transfers to plan, very efficient and friendly staff on the French Barge. 5* chef. Great guides and a variety of excursions. Enjoyed our extra night in Strasbourg. Lucky we had 14 passengers rather than 22. An excellent House Party atmosphere with great scenery. A wonderful introduction to Alsace-Lorraine. Thank you Emma.
We booked a Riviera Xmas river cruise with “Blue Water Holidays” in 2018 and the whole booking experience from start to finish was beyond exemplary. The staff aren’t in the least pushy, they are friendly helpful and very efficient. If they say they will do something (ie Ring you back at a specific time) they will do exactly that. They have a very personal attitude and genuinely treat you as an individual and valued customer and not just as “another customer.” We were so impressed that we have just booked our second river cruise for Xmas 2019 with Blue Water Holidays. We have booked many holidays over the years and I’ve got to say that this company with their conscientious staff have set the bar high.
We had used Blue Water some years ago and would do so again if suitable Holiday available.
