I dropped my teenagers bike to Chainline Cycles, it had been severely damaged and it looked unfixable. (See in the photos...) However, Chris Shaw took it in, and soon after got the call I was waiting for... ALL fixed, straightened, parts ordered and replaced.. One happy teenager now has a fantastic bike for Summer to ride. Top service and great prices. Highly recommended. 🏆Thank you Chris 👌🚲

Absolute brilliant service. Dropped the bike off at the evening, full service, new brake pads,cables etc. Bike ready by dinner the following day. Fabulous service. Bike rides brilliant. Highly recommended

Gave Chris a call as one of our team had a mechanical fault. Offered to look at it as soon as we could get to him. We were back on the road quick smart, and when he heard the reason behind us riding he refused payment. Top bloke.

Took bike to get new pads Great service friendly polite even checked over the bike and had a tinker with the gears definitely recommend will be a returning customer thank you. Ed

I do not normally write reviews but I received such good service from Chris at Chainline Cycles he deserves credit. My Grandsons bikes derailer fell to bits on the first day of our holiday Sunday . Rang Chris same day explained the problem and he said bring it down and he was sure he could sort it even though he was booked to go out for Sunday lunch. I left it with him till Monday when he rang to say job done. Picked up later in day as good as new and pleased with price. Grandson more than happy. Many thanks to Chris excellent service, saved our holiday.
