I wanted a bike through the cycle2work scheme so I asked for a certain Trek in size Large but when it arrived it was a Medium/Large and they blamed me for the mixup until they looked at the order! No apology though! The guy said he would give me a little money off the bike I chose as replacement but when the time to pick it up came he said he couldn't remember saying that so I had to pay more money! I don't think that branch will be there for much longer.

Well what can I say what a fantastic guy had a visit today for our sons bike accessories and we had Adam help us and we can’t speak higher about this guy he really looked after our son with an helmet and when we got to the till he gifted us with some bits for his bike thanks so very much Adam your a star he can’t stop smiling now. 👍🏽🙏🏻 THANKS SO MUCH.

Came across this Evans store purely by chance when shopping in Frasers. It might be in a shopping mall but has its own entrance from a very large car park. During the summer, I had problems with the gear change on my Brompton so enquired about repairing it. Elliot and Adam couldn’t have been more helpful - they told me that I could bring it in at any time and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. 10/10 for service (and reasonable pricing). I highly recommend this store.

Lovely knowledgeable staff. Helped me with my bike today, il be back to buy my daughter a new bike as I know they will look after me.
