Went into store today looking for a specific book I've wanted for a while. I went up to the desk and a girl, I think her name was Abbie, was so lovely and helped me find the exact book I wanted just from knowing where things were in the store. Top customer service and the books are always so reasonably priced, would definitely recommend if your a book lover.

A really nice store with a great choice of quality products, I want to say a big thank you to one of the assistants in the store, a lovely lady named Dawn who was so lovely and helpful with my son who had a gift voucher to use and Dawn was so lovely with him on his choice of gifts.

Very happy with selection of books, toys and stationary. Very easy to return things too. Bright, clean and tidy.
