I went in to check the price on something and spent over £100. I went into the store and was greeted by David and Elodie, both are clearly a great time and work well together. They were friendly, knowledgeable and beyond helpful! I went in to check the price on a jumper and ended up buying 6 tshirts, 2 pj bottoms, 1 onesie and the jumper. Will deffo be shopping here again!

Super friendly and helpful staff. One lady in particular was so helpful. Fast service at the tills even with ques and still friendly and chatty not rushing people through. The shop was clean and well presented. The stock is lovely quality and washes well. I buy for my friend's daughters as gifts and for myself in the women's range. They now stock Zog clothing too

Really disappointed for the first time with Fat Face at Junction 32 last week. I had a dress that was purchased the 3rd March still with the tags and I had the receipt and just asked if I could get a credit note as the dress wasn’t right for me. I don’t live nearby so hadn’t had chance to go back. The manager didn’t even look at the dress but looked at the receipt and just said policy was 15 days and couldn’t do anything and was very unsympathetic. I totally understand that it was over the 15 days and it’s a policy but just really disappointed in how it was handled. Just a shame as won’t be going back again and normally buy a lot in there when we do go to J32. Just a shame
