The customer service is zero , the person called Harlie who served us could not even look at us. Not a hello in sight, no please or thank you. She refused to even acknowledge me and my husband. Do better, provide the service you are paid to provide. Disappointed when you’re a paying customer and walk out feeling as if you’ve done something wrong. In contrast went into Levi’s a few doors away and they had brilliant smiling and welcoming staff.

Bought a jacket and shoes from the junction 32 outlet. The staff were very helpful, and honest (I thought I could squeeze into a medium but they tactfully talked me into a large) also mentioned about the offer and bought a pair of shoes. Nicely laid out store and the service was great.

very helpful staff , good deal on Harrington jackets - buy one get one half price . ********** UPDATE ******** 05.04.22 So pleased with these jackets , i purchased the black one today , i now have the full set . highly recommended.
