Lucy & Yak Outlet

Went to a lovely, festive wreath-making workshop this evening and my friend came with me. We were 35 mins late due to a gridlocked M62, but the staff were, as always, really friendly and totally understanding. I recognised the staff members from my previous visits and they are always so welcoming and helpful. I love the athmosphere in this store. I've visited 5 different stores around the country, every shop is filled with lovely people...but this is my favourite store staff-wise. You never know what treasures you might find in there as stock is different each visit. This evening we made fantastic wreaths with recycled fabric remnants, got complimentary haribo to munch whilst crafting and had a natter with staff and fellow crafters...all for £5 each! Whilst in store we picked up a handbag each and got £5 credit back from our ticket prices! Such a lovely evening. Can't wait for your next event! . Thanks Lucy&Yak!

We drove from Norwich for a couple of days away and a visit to the Lucy and Yak Outlet and had a brilliant experience. All the staff were great. Jai, I hope my spelling is right, became our personal stylist and they picked out some amazing bits we never would have considered that looked amazing on us. We felt so warmly welcomed, had so much fun, and left with some gorgeous new clothes. We will definitely come again. Thank you for such a lovely visit.

Just popped in on boxing day. Your staff member (tall lady with fair hair and a stripy top) was absolutely fantastic - she was chatty and helpful and incredible with neuro divergent customers (we were talking absolute rubbish about saving the planet with a blanket and our cat) and made us feel very welcome. Frankly, she needs a raise and maybe even to be made boss of the entire company or given chocolate.

i came into the Castleford outlet on Sunday to have a look for a gift for my mum, the staff were so friendly and helpful. i was wanting to get my mum a new pair of dungarees but wasn’t really sure how the sizing worked when it came to dungarees and jumpsuits. the staff member didn't laugh at my daft question of ‘which one will fit my mum?’ and helped me figure out the best fit, i didn't catch their name but i appreciated their help even with my silly questions. all other staff were extremely smiley and polite, will definitely be back again at some point. (Other than staff the clothing is absolutely amazing and easy to navigate around the store, i wish there was a store slightly closer to me!!)

Stumbled across Lucy & Yak during our 1st visit to the Outlet village at Junction 32. What a great shop. Very unusual and different clothing options on offer. Lovely friendly staff. My wife thought the clothing was amazing. Ordered some different sizes for trying on later the same week. Returned within 48 hrs and made the purchases. Definitely returning. A pleasure being looked after by the staff at Lucy & Yak like it used to be. Nothing was too much trouble. Very attentive and courteous. Thanks One very happy customer.
