Shocking service. Staff are abysmal. Walk to counter to pay, 2 staff members on the tills. Both see me but no acknowledgement. I stand for a minute and still nothing, buy l by this point a third staff member has walked past. Decide to go to self service. Trying to figure that out and I turn round to see they're now serving a customer at the tills I'd been waiting at. Just the rudest most ignorant staff possible.

Walked in here hoping to sow and at least £100 for 3 pants but I walked out of the store with 3 pants at £35. Massive sales ongoing at the Moment. I’m definitely going back for more pants. And the fitting, perfect. The pandemic caused a lot of us to add some flesh in the right places and the pants made me look slimmer than I am. Hurry over....

Clothes,Clothes,Clothes. This shop is perfect for people who love shopping for clothes. Honestly I hate this place the more times I go I feel like its draining my life.They have 8 tills but only 2 are in use. The items range from all years. Theres loads of clearances so you should definitely go if your in need of some new cheap clothes.

This review is for the M&S Outlet at Freeport Braintree. Free car parking for up to 6 hours is just a short walk away and a good selection of clothing etc. The reason I have only awarded 4 stars is because most of the common sizes are just never available. There are fitting rooms to the rear of the store and some good in-store offers. Still worth a look and prices here are good.
