Great Staff.. They are so helpful and freindly ..easy to approach they work so hard .. The shop is always busy especially today.few days before Christmas... I noticed people were sitting and letting their children sit and climb on the brand new sofas and eating and drinking on the sofas that werre for sale.. The furniture were marked due to this.. ...NIicole and Katie were so helpful today and made my sale worth it which inspired me to purchase more goods.. Some realy good discounts in the store I highly recommend you will find a bargain..

Wasnt for me but thats my personal preference felt too clutterd and messy but im sure there are some good bargains if you dont mind a rummage 1 staff member wouldn't help me with a returns i was doing another shopper did hence the low score i wont go back

Customer service (Andrew) at Castleford outlet store. Went above and beyond to help me, with a dress I thought I had left behind, but later found it. He was kind , understanding patient best of all he called me back when he said he would

Not my type of shop to be fair. Used the click and collect service but the tablet didn't work (see video)... Luckily the queues weren't big, so managed to get goods reasonably painlessly, so didn't have to spend too much time in the shop.
