Eggfree Cake Inn Leeds

My experience with Cake Inn was disappointing. The cake I ordered was promised for 3:30 PM but was not ready until 4:40 PM, which caused unnecessary stress on an already busy day and affected the schedule of the birthday event. Although the cake appeared fine when collected, it tilted by the time I reached the venue. This suggests that the support or structure was not strong enough for normal transport, and the cake did not seem to have been properly prepared or chilled in the fridge before collection. I also felt that the way my concerns were handled afterward lacked understanding and proper customer support. I did not feel that my issues were acknowledged in a helpful or professional manner. Overall, the quality of the cake and the service I received did not meet expectations, and the situation caused significant stress on an important day. I hope the business takes such feedback seriously and improves future customer experience.

I had an amazing experience at Leeds Cake Inn today! I had one problem with it, so I spoke to the manager in Leeds. The manager was incredibly friendly, understanding, and helpful. They even offered me a discount, which made my day! The service was excellent, and I’m really happy with how I was treated. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love coming to this place to celebrate birthdays, graduations and me recently passing my drivers test. The cakes are so moist and rich which makes the occasion that much better. The staff are super friendly even with last minute orders and so catering to any and all allergies. Will be returning many more times to come and thanks for making those big moments that much greater.

Im a lil late to post this review but I wanted to give my experience as it was such great service. We ordered our daughter's 18th birthday cake last month from here and we were definitely pleased with it. This place was recommended by our friends in Leeds and we travelled all the way from York to buy from here. There was some confusion on the day we went to collect but the shop owner and staff were very nice and understanding and sorted it all out for us with no issues. The cake, itself, was very well decorated with fresh strawberries and the best ingredients, not to mention a good price as well. We got so many compliments by our guests about how good and delicious the cake was and its all thanks to these guys. I will definitely be using this cake shop again and have already recommended them to family and friends. Keep up the good work guys☺️
