Bishop Burton Village Hall

This a lovely well maintained spacious village hall, with a fairly recently renovated kitchen. Good sized car park & has full disabled access to all areas.

We visit the village hall regularly to view films and live shows which are very enjoyable. There's a large room that holds up to 100 people plus a committee-style room that also doubles as a bar; each is available for hire. There's a decent sized kitchen and the usual toilets. Free parking is available for about 20+ cars. The hall is also used for regular activities ranging from tap-dancing to dog training to indoor bowls. It has its own sound system and spotlights. Basically, it's a straightfoward village hall. All that's lacking is wifi and a decent mobile signal (c'mon you networks!). Update: wifi now available so I'll rate it 5 star.

Bishop Burton Village hall has had makeover with a refurbished kitchen and toilets. It also now has WiFi. This along with the lights, stage (if required), parking for over 20cars and capacity of around 110 in the main hall make it an ideal venue. It is regularly used for cinema and music nights.

Good range of activities including talks. Pleasant surrounds. Parking available.

Brilliant venue, new kitchen & toilets a real improvement. Lovely committee members who extremely helpful. Highly recommended for events of medium sign. Best Village hall in East Yorkshire
