The North of England’s largest and best-loved outdoor ice rink – The Ice Factor – is back for its 17th season in York, with 975 sq m of real ice for you to glide around and show off your skating talents!
The Ice Factor is surrounded by illuminated trees, our rinkside cafe ‘The Chalet’, a decorative skate hire marquee, wooden cabins, and a viewing platform.
We have Bobo the Penguin and Buddy the Snowman stabilisers to help younger skates get started on the ice. These can be hired from the box office on a first come first served basis.
