Brilliant Travel by Emma Burrow - Personal Travel Advisor

We have recently returned from 8 days in New York at the Kixby Hotel, all organised by Emma. We had a brilliant time and she organised everything including airport lounge at Manchester to taxi transfers in America. Everything went to plan, we saw all the usual attractions and then more, easy to use the City Pass she recommended. Emma was very patient with our incessant phone queries and will certainly be using her again...already thinking about next year!!

Emma is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She’s very thorough and doesn’t mind answering any questions. We were looking at a cruise across the Atlantic and Emma went through all the options and prices with us. We decided against this in the end and looked at a Mediterranean cruise instead. As it was for some special birthdays we wanted it to be more luxurious than normal holidays. Emma went above and beyond finding different cruises, stops and hotel stays and nothing was too much trouble. She gave us her advice from ships she had been on and was very informative of what the ships were like and what was available on board for entertainment and important to us, for our teens. Given the costs involved we wanted to make sure we were doing the right thing and Emma held our hand all the way through which we needed, with no pressure at any time even when pricing was starting to go up. We now have our cruise booked for next year and we can’t wait to go. I recommend Emma to book any holidays you need no matter how short. It takes the stress out for you. You won’t be disappointed. For my 50th birthday holiday, our expectations were extremely high & Emma created us a bespoke 3 city visit travelling across Canada. The hotels selected were outstanding & in great locations for us to explore & the travel between cities by plane/train was seamless. The itinerary gave us time to both explore & relax & made it one of the best trips ever for us. Thank you for the upgrades & your attention to detail, it is much appreciated!
