Lovely to see the passion for real bread I think I may struggle to go back to shop bought sourdough and they had the option to slice it too,I could smell it in the drivers seat when it was in the boot! Cinnamon buns are better than onses we had in Japan last year! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 I hope you do well you deserve it!

I’ve been to Blue Sky Baker when they were in Hebden and bought the Donker bread. It was the best thing I’ve ever tasted! So when I saw the shop opening in Gomersal I took a drive and just had to stop and take a look. There was such a broad selection of doughnuts and pastries that it was so hard to choose! We ended up with the crème brûlée doughnut, morning bun (with cinnamon and apple made with a croissant dough) brownie and lemon and blueberry slice. All completely delicious in different ways. There was also a selection of freshly baked bread which looked so good so I’ll def be going back to grab some next. If you’re passing then pop in, you’ll be so glad you did.

Really friendly baker specialising in ‘real bread’ with no additives. Also has a selection of pastries and home cooked treats to ease you through to lunchtime. Bread keeps well, but no crusty loafs on offer. Regularly sells out so buy early !

Just been for the first time and got so excited and brought loads. The sausage rolls are amazing, and the cheese and potato pasty was amazing. Got two sourdough loafs and they are lovely. Only issue was the donuts we got mini ones and the big ones but they weren't nice at all they were tough and taste wasn't great. Brought a cheese and ham sandwich which was ok but could do with having salad on ect. Will be back
