Very big shop with mostly household furniture & electricals, looks to be some very good bargains if you're setting up home for the first time 👍

I've been shopping in charity shops for 40 years plus had some bad times with them but the British heart foundation has really shocked me I bought a cabinet for them and paid for delivery and it was smashed by the delivery guys was treated very badly by the staff afterwards. They also have treated a few people I know regarding donations of furniture very rudely both my friends we're very upset and won't use them anymore. I'm also no longer going to be buying from the Colton store. Very sad. Having read other reviews regarding delivery well it's a joke of a delivery service absolutely diabolical how can you neglect to deliver parts of a bed !!!!!

Me and my husband are always popping in to the shop at Colton. We have bought a suite a table and many ornaments and jigsaws. The staff are so kind and helpful and voluntary. It's a pleasure to shop there xx

Wonderful shop with excellent options for our household needs. Also, the customer care assistant were friendly, smiling and ready to help with any requests raised. Thanks BHF for opening up shop in Colton Mill which will benefit areas around the East Leeds location.
