Excellent cinema if you want to enjoy real experience. Comfy seats and screen for the premium one. Expensive though but all worth it. The food is good too. Clean seats and recliners seats excellent for the movie experience. I would recommend the premium recliner seats. All worth it.
What a disappointing experience First the prices are too high and they wonder why people aren't going. It was the new Avatar and it was about 20% full Secondly the toilets were poor, no loo paper (sorry) in one and a broken seat in another Lastly I ordered to buy 3D glasses but was told as we checked in we could take used ones and claim a refund when we got out . Well I had to clean these supposedly cleaned glasses during the film and coming out they supposedly had closed the till !!!, 23:30 and could give a refund and when I suggested I keep the glasses I was told they had to be returned as the were "special Dolby" glasses - I thought Dolby is about sound !!!! THIS WAS A SCAM
I had a showing tonight and it got cancelled, were we notified? Nope. Luckily I went to check the tickets for the seat while I was half way to the cinema to find out there is no booking and the showing for 23:00 got taken off completely. Why not let us know so we don’t waste our time travelling to the cinema? We have limitless plus so didn’t pay in this instance but would someone else have been refunded? Nope. The cinema is getting worse and worse with toilets never clean and always out of order. Also the past few times the chairs have not been cleaned so not sure what is going on but we will be cancelling our membership as it is not worth it anymore.
A very well done cinema indeed, the screens are somewhat smaller than other cinemas nearby, but that's more than made up for by the extremely comfortable, leather covered electric recliner seating & small personal swivel table! The food & snacks are what you'd expect at prices that'd shock your grandad as always! But I took my own closed flask of water & protein drink & they don't stop you taking those in, so all good! There is also a lift & up/down escalators to get to the foyer, as it's on the second floor of the complex The only downside is the it's a bit of a walk from the car park, but otherwise a great experience!
This is what Cinemas should be. Yes there is great parking, and lots of different food options around and the pricing of the food is really reasonable. All those things are important. All the services (bathroom, ticket booking, service team) are all great too. But when I go to the movies the most important things in reverse order are: Seating: the seats are fantastic, with lots of adjustment and leg room and at least as comfortable as my Big Boy at home. Next time I have to sit through a LoTR marathon I know I could have a great nap 😀 Sound: Dolby sound was phenomenal if a little loud. But voices are clear, sound effects sharp and precise. Just great sound, not the muddy mess you get at some places. Even as loud as it was, it was crystal Picture: The screens are huge. The picture quality was HD if not UHD. Colour was accurate and it was such a comfortable watch. No eye strain. Dolby vision promises a lot and the way it’s been implemented at the Odeon is spot on. With screens this glorious and well calibrated you can watch anything and enjoy it. You totally get pulled into the action. Whatever film you want to watch, this is the screen and place to go. I watched Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny on the iSense screen
